• Rhakhis workshop at Botany 2025. Held a workshop on using Rhakhis for PPG. The slides and video are available in the Curator’s Guide. Correction to the workshop materials: only Rhakhis users who have been granted editing permissions may edit data in the test server (called the “sandbox” in the video), so there was no hands-on session.

• Project Guidelines updated. The Project Guidelines now list the relevant websites (PPG website, PPG GitHub repo, and World Flora Online), note that the data were imported into World Flora Online as of 2025-06, and describe Phase II editing in Rhakhis.

• Guidelines for proposals. Added a guideline to the Project Guidelines: only submit proposals that you personally think deserve recognition in PPG and can vouch for during the discussion. Questions about a treatment can go to GitHub Discussions. Proposals not meeting the guidelines may be removed from voting.
